Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RMA number on the package.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds:Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable in the case of change of mind.
In case of a refund, the funds may take some time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different optionl, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
The same eligibility and timeframe criteria mentioned above apply to exchanges.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be handled accordingly, either through a refund or additional payment.
Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We may require photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the damage or defect.
